Shipping & Delivery

  • Transit Time: Transit usually takes 4–6 days (Monday to Friday) after processing.
  • Estimated Delivery: Orders are generally delivered within 5–9 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Shipping Fees: Free shipping within the United Kingdom.
  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you can track it on the Track Your Order page using the tracking information provided.

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed. To cancel, contact our support team promptly at support@homeandstill.com. Items already delivered can be returned following the procedures in our Return and Refund Policy.
