Return and Refund Policy

Home & Still strives to make returns, exchanges, and order cancellations simple and transparent. This policy outlines how to manage items purchased through our online store while respecting consumer protection laws.

Accepted Orders for Returns or Exchanges

Requests for returns or exchanges can be made within 30 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team at support@homeandstill.com and provide:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) to be returned or exchanged
  • The reason for the return or exchange
  • Photographs if they help illustrate the issue

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate address for sending items back.

Item Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Remain in the same condition as delivered (unused)
  • Include all original packaging, labels, and accessories

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If an item is received damaged, defective, or wrong, please email support@homeandstill.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photographs of the item and its packaging

After review, you can request a replacement or a full refund according to our policies.

Refund Processing

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 7 days. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider. You will be notified once the refund has been processed.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed. To cancel, contact our support team promptly at support@homeandstill.com. Items already delivered can be returned following the steps described above.

Return Shipping & Responsibility

For items that are not defective, customers are responsible for return shipping. Please ensure items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. No restocking fees will be charged.
