These guidelines explain how payments are processed on the Home & Still website. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the procedures outlined below.

Payment authorization occurs when an order is submitted. If the selected payment method is successfully authorized, the transaction is completed and the order is confirmed. Orders linked to failed or declined payments will not be processed. You may attempt payment again using updated information or select an alternative payment method.

Orders flagged for review may experience delays or cancellations. Complete payment card information is never stored on this site.

Pricing and Checkout
Prices are displayed prior to checkout and finalized at the point of payment. No extra fees will be added after payment confirmation. Transactions are processed in the currency displayed during checkout. Any conversion or banking fees applied by financial institutions are outside our control.

Refund Procedures
Refunds approved under our Return and Refund Policy are returned to the original payment method. Processing typically completes within seven days, but actual settlement times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Failed Payments or Disputes
If a payment is reversed, canceled, or disputed after authorization, the associated order may be placed on hold or canceled. Additional steps may be required to settle outstanding amounts, in accordance with our Terms of Service.
